Beat Prediabetes in 12 Weeks - Without Having to Rely on Willpower
12-week online coaching program for people with prediabetes who want to:
prevent the onset of diabetes (up to 70% of prediabetics will develop diabetes according to American Diabetes Association - 1,400,000 Americans develop diabetes every year - but this is preventable if you know how)
save $19,000 in medical costs the average prediabetic will pay over the next 10 years out of pocket if they get diabetes
want to save $8,000 the average person trying to lose weight will spend on weight-loss efforts (that usually don't deliver results) over the next 10 years
want to live longer (diabetes reduces your life expectancy by 10-20 years - diabetes kills 80,000 Americans each year and is the seventh most common cause of death in the U.S. - again, diabetes is preventable if you know how, science has proven it)
want to reverse prediabetes in a natural way without relying on willpower or medication
want to lose weight not by "dieting" or taking medication, but by simply eating the right way
have tried to make healthy lifestyle changes in the past, but gave up
are tired of diet fads that don't work over the long-term
understand that prediabetes is an emergency, and are willing to adopt a healthier lifestyle
want to enjoy good health long into their retirement, avoiding pain and expensive medication
want support, cheerleading, and encouragement every step of the way towards beating prediabetes
Watch 3 of our prediabetic students explain exactly how this transformational program works:
"The support and cheering on were #1 for me. This program completely changed my life and my outlook for the future. My blood sugar is down to normal now. If I can do it, anybody can do it. You just need to do it. If you follow the plan, you will succeed. And the plan is easy." - Karen
"Before this program, I really just kind of gave up. I thought - this will be me for the rest of my life. But this program is so different. It doesn't judge you. It's eye-opening. And now I have real hope. I am going to live this way forever. Why wouldn't you? It's fantastic." - Marie
"This coaching program made a huge difference fo me. I've lost about 10 percent of my body weight and I'm much leaner. Now I'm making the decisions about the food rather than something inside me that gets angry if I don't eat every so many hours." - Zabeth

“For years I have struggled with living a healthy life style consistently. Somehow life always got in the way. As a result I was overweight and more significantly in recent years developed pre-diabetes. Then I took Dr. Fox's program where I learned that will power is limited but with the right tools and methods you can achieve good health. As a result I have reversed prediabetes and feel that I finally have the tools that will help me sustain this life style. If you are considering the program, my advice is to invest in yourself and learn practical techniques to help you live a healthier life. I guarantee that you will not regret it!”

“It’s actually difficult to choose a biggest takeaway. I would have to say the fact that 70 - 80 is a winner zone is mine. I’ve spent many years shooting for 100 only to fail over and over. It’s been difficult to wrap my head around this, but Sarah has really helped me with that. Where I need more help. Well, Sarah could come and live with me. Haha! Seriously, I would say being encouraged so I don’t crash into ‘diet brain’. Recipes, meal ideas are wonderful. As someone who has spent the last 65 years on either feast or famine, this is new. What other people may see easily while planning and shopping is like learning to walk for me. You are changing my life. Seriously.”

“I was afraid to start with this program, because it creates an impending failure. A failure for me, for my family who wishes this for me yet I know they are just waiting for the inevitable to happen. I quit. I had a rough night the other day. Family troubles lined up with strong cravings for processed sugary foods led to a night of attempting to comfort myself with those very things. I tuned out all of the good info I have received - intentionally - and decided to feel better for a night. But, all of that good info was still there when I woke up the next day. I thought about what happened. I thought about the fact that I was not comforted, at all. That surprised me. I always thought it made me feel better, but it did not. I've never realized that before. Sorry for the lengthy explanation of my takeaway - but the idea that we are aiming for a 7-8, and that I didn't have to "get off the bus" because of one difficult night - that's my takeaway. I never quit, I didn't even fail - just learning about myself on this long journey. I really think the help I am getting is perfect. I can't think of a way for it to improve - the communication and resources provided are very helpful!”

“I am so excited to actually have the power and a workable plan to avoid diabetes! The soul searching and journaling in Dr. Topher’s program made me so aware of what really made me uniquely me and I realized that gave me power...power to be my best to do my best. Working from that mindset has made the difference. If you are even thinking of taking this program, there is a reason. Like me, you probably feel exactly like I felt...overwhelmed by the status of prediabetes. Give yourself the gift of being your best self guided by a leader who truly is compassionate about making this happen.”
Karen, Beat Prediabetes Student
I’m doing great! I’ve now lost 15 pounds. Fasting blood glucose levels checked at home a few times has been below 100. Most helpful to me were the research findings you showed repeatedly showing that we can keep getting results without perfect adherence to a plan, specific tips from Sarah and other participants to help tweak what I was already doing, and support and guidance for what to do when stuck.”
